Are audit firms coming back into consultancy?

A recent Government financial reform package could have major implications for the UK management consultancy market.

The reforms are intended to stamp out the kind of business malpractice that caused the Enron scandal and the ensuing collapse of audit and consultancy firm Andersen. But they allow audit firms to continue offering consultancy and other non-audit services.
