First the good news: the Management Consultancies Association has reported a third consecutive quarter of growth in members’ revenues, spurred on by ever-increasing demand for outsourcing services.

The bad news is that this outsourcing demand cannot continue to grow ad infinitum – leaving consultancies dedicated to the discipline exposed if they are not prepared for future develop-ments in the market.
