RSPCA makes its voice heard
The RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals) has significantly extended its use of voice messaging
services in order to increase its operational efficiency.
In a typical month, the RSPCA’s mailboxes will handle around
29 million seconds of voice traffic, equivalent to 335 days
worth of traffic per month.
